KDOG intends to meet major challenges: developing early, simple and non-invasive screening remains the priority of researchers. Extending this process to people with disabilities, to developing countries, and to all types of cancer transcutaneously accessible, is the long-term issue.
For this to happen, we need to launch a 3-years clinical study involving 1,000 voluntary patients to confirm KDOG’s relevance and sensibility. This extraordinary step implicates the acquisition of one or two new dogs, their training, their feeding and housing; but also maintenance costs for equipment, the enrollment of diverse professionals to lead the study and confirm its incredible potential and even improve the technique.
This final part of the research can only happen if receiving funds.
